So when I got the chance to write Alvalle's cookbook, I was bloody delighted.
Alvalle is a quintessentially Spanish brand and they make glorious gazpacho soup. They wanted to create a cookbook that feels like a grand tour of Spanish cuisine and food culture – and inspires people to try gazpacho in new and exciting ways.
The research, writing and recipe development all fell to me – making this book challenging and rewarding in equal measure. The concept of the book is built around the idea that in Spain, you never eat alone.
